The WELDER (SMAW) course is designed to develop and enhance the skill level of trainees for the construction industry within a green and environmentally conscious framework. Targeted at Middle or Matric pass individuals, it addresses the growing shortage of plate welders by providing industry-relevant knowledge alongside environmental awareness. The curriculum focuses on imparting essential job skills, preparing trainees for employment or self-employment after the three-month training period, and equipping them to start their own ventures professionally.
